Even in oldrim, there’s plenty of people with mods and stable load orders. It’s just all about how you do it. SSE is more forgiving in terms of just throwing a lot of mods together than SLE is, though.
Should you play Skyrim with mods?
If you do. I would recommend mostly mods that upgrade visuals or QOL mods. Be careful when you mod Skyrim. It starts at 5 – 10 mods, next thin you know its 2 am and you have nearly 100 mods installed and you are jumping back and forth tweaking and not playing the game.
